Our family owned butchery has origins in Italy and Greece where the Torre, Mordini and Riskas family have gained over 100 years of combined artisan butchering expertise.
With our European background, we pride ourselves on our specialty meats and cuts that you will only find at our store including our Bocconcini Meatballs, Capri Chicken, Italian Rissotto Rollups, and our Aegean Leg of Lamb.
We are passionate about food, providing only the highest of quality meats. This is why we use Black Angus Pure Grass Fed Beef, South West Grass Fed Lamb, Fresh Range Berkshire Pork and GinGin Grown Free Range Chicken.
